On 12-14th of November, the center of Serbian business life gathers entrepreneurs, investors and innovators at the largest forum in Eastern Europe, dedicated to entrepreneurship and capital. As of last year experience, Belgrade Venture Forum managed to attract more than 400 participants from 24 countries, and this year promises to promote this event further: more than 500 attendees registered, 70 international investors invited, 300 startups to be presented during the forum. Smart cities, fintech and value innovations will be the key topics covered at Belgrade forum in 2015. To get you more interested, we provide a short pre-review of the event.
Pitching competition will be one of the biggest parts of Belgrade Venture Forum, where startuppers and entrepreneurs from CEE region can demonstrate their innovative ideas in front of keen investors and venture capitalists, targeting particularly this region. 30 startup teams (mainly from Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Bulgaria) have been already selected from more than 500 applications by the international jury. During the competition, the projects will be evaluated according to certain criteria, among which are business potential, competitive positions, investment priority. The winner will get the main investment prize. According to former participants of Belgrade Venture Forum, pitching competition is a great chance to get a lot of feedback and make important decisions about the future of your project.
